Counselling Psychotherapy Relationship

When we are taught to develop as a person, becoming an adult, be responsible, be successful, be knowing and be positive. There are so many subjective wishes (expectations) from the parents, from partner(s) and from the society, so much pressure to be a better-ed person. But, what is a better person and who defines this better-ness. These demands and expectations often deny what we feel internally and how we experience our lives. When the inner conflicts (of who you have to be and who you are) continue, the stress and anxiety are planted deeply and gnawing in us, without us knowing.

Dr. Vivian Psychotherapy is an Aberdeen (Scotland) based clinic where the art of living is cultivated, to be acquired, to be explored and to inspire the purpose of life customary tailored, dedicatedly meaningful for just you.
