I am a Mindfulness practitioner, a certified teacher to run Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-based stress reduction programme (for anxiety) as well as the Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (for depression). The therapeutic relationship formed in the Mindfulness meditation class would be an option for you easing the pathways into the Mental Health Wellbeing. The skills learnt from the Mindfulness class could be applied to every moment of life and the Buddhism/Eastern ways of being would start sprouting within you, like a golden seed, planted, starts growing.
