In the Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions with me, I employ my warm presence to embrace individual life and, with the trust we build together, the empathic, emotional connections would allow me to understand and you to feel heard, understood in your stories, on your journey. My foremost intention is to create a space with me for you to feel safe, nurtured and loved in my compassion to explore together your past revisits, present doubts and the future visions of your journey. Every 6 sessions, as a chapter, we will reflect and evaluate the progresses and then plan the further directions for the next chapter of therapy.

The skills learnt from the Mindfulness class could be applied to every moment of life and the Buddhism/Eastern ways of being would start sprouting within you, like a golden seed, planted, starts growing.
